We understand that it takes thought and understanding to create a home and so we only develop where we can balance inside space without outside space and local amenity with convenience . For example when we purchased an old printworks in Parsons Green we knew that we would have to overcome a number of logistical challenges during construction to create the right space for the location. The development of just two houses, constructed in classical and modern materials and built around a central courtyard provided off street parking, outside space with total security and low maintenance. We knew the eventual owner would be attracted by the convenience of local shopping, eating and transport together with leisure facilities at nearby Hurlingham Club, but may want to spend time outside the UK so the ability to “lock up and go” was also important.
We are actively seeking residential-led development sites within London from £1-5m land value and will consider sites with and without planning consent with sales values in excess of £500/sq ft.
We are happy to pay introductory fees or deal directly with landowners and will also consider joint ventures and opportunities to become a funding partner on existing schemes.
